How much does a UX/UI design engagement cost?
Design work follows the same fixed-scope, fixed-price model as our software builds, starting from €25,000, agreed after a discovery call rather than billed hourly.
How long does a design engagement take?
It depends on scope — a focused redesign of an existing tool runs alongside a 2–4 week sprint, while full product design for a new platform is scoped alongside the build timeline (typically 8–16 weeks) since design and engineering move in step.
What's the engagement model?
Fixed scope and fixed price, senior designers only, with weekly reviews so you're seeing and giving feedback on real screens throughout, not a single reveal at the end.
Do you also build what you design, or just hand over files?
We work hand-in-hand with our own engineering team, so the interfaces we design are the ones that actually ship — not a handoff to a separate team that reinterprets the work.
Who owns the designs and code once the project is complete?
You do. Full ownership of the design files, codebase, and intellectual property transfers to you on final payment, along with documentation and a structured handover.
