BlockLabs Group Ltd ("BlockLabs Digital", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registered office: Business Center, Maria House, 1 Avlonos Street, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect: your first and last name, company name, business email address, telephone number (optional), and the contents of your message. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data solely to: respond to your enquiry, assess fit for a potential engagement, and, where you have consented, send relevant commercial communications. We do not use your data for automated profiling or sell it to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing is based on: (a) your consent when you submit the contact form; (b) our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; and (c) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps where an engagement is being discussed.

5. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, or for the duration of any contractual relationship plus 6 years, in accordance with applicable accounting and legal requirements. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, or erase your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any right, email contact@blocklabs.digital. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus) or your local supervisory authority.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by infrastructure providers located outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Third-Party Services

This website uses Replit infrastructure for hosting, Protonmail for email delivery, and OpenAI for the AI assistant feature. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
